Celebration of the Arts
Whatcom Museum Annual Gala 2024

September 13, 2024, 5:30 - 9 pm

The Lightcatcher | 250 Flora St. | Bellingham, WA

PRESENTED BY PEOPLES BANK

Spend an evening with us enjoying local food, delicious cocktails, good company, and wonderful live performances in celebration of the arts that weave our community together. Your support of the Whatcom Museum makes all that we do possible, from award-winning exhibitions and expert-led workshops to all-ages events and educational programming.

And this year, your support goes even further:

Your donations will help fund the continued preservation of our renowned photo archives as well as the re-opening of the Syre Education Center  renamed Old Fire Station No. 1 in honor of the building's historic role – as we bring new exhibitions and improved archive access to Bellingham.

Attire: In celebration of our Archival Revival, please wear black and white cocktail attire.

The Whatcom Museum acknowledges that we gather on the traditional territory of the Lhaq’temish – Lummi People – and the Nuxwsá7aq – Nooksack People – who have lived in the Coast Salish region from time immemorial. The Museum honors our relationship with all of our Coast Salish neighbors and our shared responsibilities to their homeland where we all reside today.
