Join us for an evening benefiting Mary Bridge patients and families. Gala is a black-tie holiday celebration featuring a spectacular live tree auction, dinner and live entertainment supporting our children's greatest health care needs.

Gala benefits: Where The Need is Greatest

Health and healing for children are changing constantly. When physicians and providers at Mary Bridge identify urgent funding needs that can help improve the way we care for children, they turn to Where the Need Is Greatest funds for help. This fund supports a variety of programs and services at Mary Bridge. To review some of the programs supported in 2018, click here.

When: Saturday, December 7 starting at 6pm

Where: Greater Tacoma Convention Center

Cost: $300/person (tables of 8 and 10 are available for purchase) Must be 21 years or older.

Dress Attire:  Black-tie and/or 1920's theme!

Mary Bridge Children's Festival of Trees is the South Sound's happiest holiday celebration supporting Mary Bridge Children's Hospital. Festival includes special celebrations showcasing dozens of exquisitely and uniquely decorated trees. Festival of Trees is organized by the Mary Bridge Brigade and Mary Bridge Children's Foundation. All proceeds benefit care for kids at Mary Bridge.


Hors D’ Oeuvres

  • Grilled Oysters with red chile butter and gremolata

  • Burratta Salad with heirloom tomatoes, winter mixed greens, roasted beets and basil vinaigrette


  • Pepper crusted beef filet with sauce perigourdine with a side of potatoes au gratin, asparagus and carrots

  • Portobello mushroom stuffed with lentils and chick peas with sundried tomato sauce served with a side of Brussel sprouts and roasted sweet potatoes on a bed of sautéed kale


  • Crème brulee in a sugar cage sauces for toppings
