Dinner on the Desert 2021 promises to be an evening filled with excitement as Event Chair, Sara Morgan welcomes guests to share the Garden with their closest friends, family and colleagues.

A new pre-event weeklong virtual auction starts April 16 giving guests the opportunity to bid on distinctive plants, pots and garden art, plus one-of-a-kind experiences. On April 24, we will safely gather at the Garden for Dinner on the Desert. This year we offer our guests two ways to share in this spectacular event.

Option one, you can begin your evening with cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and socializing with friends while you explore an inspiring floral and plant installation by world-renowned floral designers, Natasha Lisitsa and Daniel Schultz of Waterlily Pond Studio. Afterward, you can enjoy an exquisite dinner that reflects the flavors of spring in the Garden’s magical outdoor setting.

Our second option is for those who prefer to dine at home—you have the opportunity to enjoy the cocktail party and the work of world-renowned artists, and then drive-thru the Schilling Events Plaza to receive a beautifully crafted and packaged four-course dinner “to go” that includes two perfectly paired bottles of wine and a parting gift.

Please join us as we gather and celebrate safely in this desert oasis.

Attire: Garden Cocktail Party. Face masks are required when not actively eating or drinking.

Guest Information: Please complete your reply card for you and your guests or email to dod@dbg.orgby April 9.
