Welcome, and thank you for joining us for the SAA Auction. We look forward to seeing you at the live auction, taking place at the PE Center on Friday, April 24th. If you are unable to attend the Live Auction, make sure to participate in the Virtual Auction, which will begin on April 24th, at 6:00pm and run through Monday, April 27th at 9:00pm.

Tickets for the live auction are able to be purchased on our Hometown Ticket site at the link below. Each ticket includes a custom SAA Auction pint glass and two drink tickets to be redeemed at the event! Please be aware that in order to bid on either live or online items, users will be required to register on our Text 2 Bid platform. REGISTRATION FOR TEXT 2 BID WILL BE AVAILABLE APRIL 20th!

Online Auction - April 24th through April 27th

  • Over 200 great items donated by very generous friends of Carroll Athletics
  • Bidding opens Friday, April 24th, at 5:00 PM MST
    and runs through Monday, April 27th, at 9:00 PM MST
  • No registration fee is required to bid on items, you will, however need to register for Text 2 Bid
  • Text 2 Bid registration info will be available soon!

Live Auction - Friday, April 24th, 5 PM

  • Join us LIVE AND IN-PERSON once again for a fun-filled night with entertainment, food, and drinks!
  • Doors Open at 5 PM
  • Hors D'oeurves presented by Chili O'Brien's available at 6:15 PM
  • Live Auction begins 7:30 PM 
  • Live auction includes approximately 30 premium items/packages available for bid exclusively at the event
  • (Note that live items will be available for viewing online, but out for bid at event only)
  • Live event will include: 
  • The annual $25 Hat Raffle, sponsored by Alpha Graphics with the winner winning a riffle donated by Capital Sports..
  • THE GOLD RUSH, Helena's BIGGEST 50/50 game. Purchase your Gold Rush ticket for $100, with a 200 limit on tickets sold. Winner drawn at the Live Auction. The winner does not need to be present!
  • Heads or Tails, Sponsored by Breveraa Bank, $20 per entry, last person standing will take home their very own Treager Grill
