A/C Maintenance includes: Check refrigerant temperatures & pressures Check thermostat Inspect wiring, contacts, capacitors & relays Inspect and clean condenser coil Inspect condensate drain Inspect outdoor disconnect & fuses Inspect condenser fan motor & blade Inspect compressor at startup. When completed you will receive a recommendation for any further maintenance or repair needs of your system.
