Youth Fitness Training designed to build well-rounded athletes through a balanced approach to performance development. Sessions incorporate weightlifting, plyometrics, speed work, and coordination drills to enhance strength, power, and overall athletic ability. Emphasis is placed on proper technique, safe strength development, and quality athletic movement, helping young athletes build confidence, reduce injury risk, and develop a strong foundation for any sport.

Class is on Tuesday 3:15-4:00.
