Dictator (Head of School) For a DayThe bearer of this certificate is hereby entitled to adopt the title of “Dictator” of Island Pacific School for the duration of one academic day and thereby assume the following responsibilities and privileges:- Said individual will conduct the “Morning Roll-Call” by taking attendance, leading morning exercises (of his or her own choosing), and reading relevant announcements.- Said individual will attend a photo shoot consisting of said individual and officers on hand at some point during the day. - Said individual will be the primary guest of a “Dictator’s Feast” that will be attended by his\her classmates. The Feast will take place in - the school, and will be conducted in a manner fitting of the occasion. - Said individual will have the authority to determine the program and course of activity for the physical activity block that is scheduled in the afternoon from 1:45-3:15 - Said individual will have the authority to award a maximum of 25 house points to individuals who are deserving of recognition. The transfer of authority will take place on a Thursday or Friday in the second or third week of January. Date to be determined by HEAD MASTER, Scott Herrington.
