"Meet the Pup Starz" is by 9 year old Averie Worrell from Stanwood. One of Averie's favorite memories is going to an outdoor concert, where an animal rescue group had a display booth. So she decided that she wanted to help use money from her book sales to help give money to shelters like NOAH!
