LA 611 - 2014, 2015, 2016 Dumas Station Cabernet Sauvignon

These complex and aromatic, classic Walla Walla Cabernets present distinct aromas of blueberry, blackberry, black currant, fig, black olive, tea, fresh hay, roasted nuts, soy, molasses, tobacco, oak, cedar, toast, dried violets, and a hint of other dried petals, cloves, leather, and dusty spice. On the palate, the wine is lush and full-bodied, has balanced acidity, velvety tannins, and a lingering well-balanced finish. Flavors of fresh ripe blackberry, cassis, black plums, and a hint of mint are complemented by anise, clove, almond, and dark chocolate, leading to lingering flavors of dark berry jam and dried flower petals on the finish. Award winning and some of our Executive Director's favorites! Yum!
