Rubber Duckies in a Jellie's Belly is a framed original woodcut by artist Jenny Pope that shows a rubber ducky, beaver, turtle and frog who fell off a container ship and ended up at the bottom of the sea. In 1992 a container ship filled with rubber beasts and scientists used the information about where the rubber animals landed to track ocean currents. Jenny Pope is based in Ithaca, New York and participates in art festivals across the country. The custom frame of this piece was made by a woodworker in upstate New York.
