Thoroughly Modern Myrtle by artist Pat Wickline

Pat Wickline is an artist based in Bellingham who mainly works in the shadow medium creating kinetic wire sculptures. One of his larger pieces, the Seattle Squid, can be found in Pike Place Market in Seattle. This piece is inspired by an archival photo at the Whatcom that pictures Myrtle Fisher, a vaudevillian "Electrical Dancer" who performed in December 1905 at the Grand Theatre on West Holly. It includes the light or equivalent and a lighting and placement consultation. Podium not included.
