Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, artist Ashlie Benton has exhibited throughout the country and is known for her paintings, prints, and drawings of objects. She participated in the Whatcom Museum's 2023 exhibition Acts of Healing and Repair. Blue is a drypoint monoprint made with watercolor paint and thread on paper.
