Skip will spend 90 minutes or more walking you through the finer points of making great drinks and answering all of your questions. He'll cover equipment, bar building, proper technique, ice, classic and modern recipes, and more.

He has conducted a number of these classes over the course of the pandemic, dialing in the process, making the class a fun and informative session home mixologists will enjoy from the comfort of their own bar, kitchen, or couch.
