When: Sunday, March 28, 4-6 p.m.Where: via ZoomLearn how to make fresh pasta and a simple sauce the Tuscan way. No previous experience required. Your session includes a Zoom pasta-making lesson for your household, recipes, and a demo of other pasta shapes and techniques. You will need the following equipment: large mixing bowl, measuring cups, pot/pan to cook the sauce, large pot to boil pasta, colander, sharp knife, a fork, a work surface (smooth counter or large cutting board), and a pasta roller, KitchenAid pasta attachment, or rolling pin. Each participant will be invited to pick up a party kit. These will include: semolina flour, canned tomatoes and a bottle of red wine (non alcohol option if preferred)You will need the following ingredients: all-purpose flour, semolina*, olive oil, eggs, kosher salt, pepper, canned tomatoes,* onions or shallots, optional garlic, fresh basil, and optional parmesan or similar hard, Italian cheese.
