Because of the great success of last year’s event we will again celebrate and raise funds for Billings WITHOUT a silent or live auction.
We will again offer experiences instead of stuff! We will have a raise the paddle for Financial Aid. We will have a great dinner and program and EXPERIENCE BILLINGS!

FYI: While we will have Alum performers at the event who may be under 21, because we are serving alcohol, this event is for adults(not for students). Thank you for understanding.

You’ve got questions? I’ve got answers. 
  1. There will be no silent or live auction.
  2. We will have a very meaningful, entertaining program that truly celebrates the amazing middle school we all love.
  3. There will still be a fun cocktail hour, but with more time to socialize.
  4. There will still be a Wine Grab.
  5. When we sell things, they’ll be focused more on experiences (like parties, dinners and special events) and less on stuff.
  6. There will likely still be a raffle.
  7. We will still “auction” cocktails for tables.
  8. We will still have a Dessert Dash.
  9. There WILL be a fundraising appeal (“Raise the Paddle”) to enable Billings to continue to offer Financial Aid (this year to 30% of our families). Our Raise the Paddle is the vitally important fundraising element of our event, and our primary manner of meeting our financial goals.
