The NEW Grand Hall is located on the east side of the Cox Business Convention Center between 5th and 7th Streets. (Map coming soon.)
Patron tables will be reserved for patrons and their guests. Reserved tables will have a table number. All other guests are welcome to find open seating at unnumbered tables or in the bar area. There will be plenty of seating for everyone, but small parties may need to share a table.
Valet parking is offered near the east entrance at the Cox Business Convention Center and is complimentary for patrons and their guests with a valet voucher. Valet parking is $10 per vehicle plus tip for anyone without a voucher.
Free parking is located in the parking garage at 3rd Street and Houston. It is connected to the venue by a covered walkway.
Food stations will be open at 6 pm when the event begins. Be sure to come hungry!
There is no formal program, but we will break in periodically for prayer, short announcements and a short video and call for donations before the band starts. The Party Crashers Band begins at 8 pm. The raffle drawing will take place at 9 pm. Last call for raffle tickets will be at 8:45 pm. The event will end at 11 pm.
Cocktail attire is suggested. Be sure to bring your dancing shoes!
Be sure to click on the "PRE-REGISTER" tab to give us your information before the event. Pre-registered guests who have provided their email address will receive an email with their table number and other important information before the event.
