Where is the Grand Hall?

The Grand Hall is located on the east side of the Cox Business Convention Center between 5th and 7th Streets. 

What are the seating arrangements?

Seating will be reserved for patrons and their guests. Reserved tables will have a table number. All other guests are welcome to find open seating at unnumbered tables or in the bar area. There will be plenty of seating for everyone, but small parties may need to share a table.

What are the parking arrangements?

Valet parking is offered near the east entrance at the Cox Business Convention Center and is complimentary. Please plan to tip your valet.  

Free parking is located in the parking garage at 3rd Street and Houston. It is connected to the venue by a covered walkway.

What is the schedule of events?

Appetizer stations by local chefs will be open at 6 pm when the event begins. Be sure to come hungry!

There is no formal program, but we will break in periodically for prayer, short announcements and a short video and call for donations before the band starts.
Emerald City Band begins at 8 pm.
The raffle drawing will take place at 9 pm. Last call for raffle tickets will be at 8:45 pm.
The event will end at 11 pm.

What is the attire for the evening?

Cocktail attire is suggested. Be sure to bring your dancing shoes!

How do I pre-register my credit card so I don't have to wait in line to check in?

Be sure to click on the "PRE-REGISTER" tab to give us your information before the event. Pre-registered guests who have provided their email address will receive an email with their table number and other important information before the event.
