Will the venue meet ADA accessibility requirements?
Yes, the Lighcatcher building is fully ADA accessible. Please reach out if you need additional accommodations or if have any questions or concerns.
I have dietary restrictions. Can you accommodate me?
Yes, every entree will be gluten- and nut-free, and there is a vegetarian entree option available. Please make a note in the "Requests" section when you are purchasing your ticket or contact us if you have additional dietary restrictions that you'd like us to be aware of.

How can I purchase gala tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online by selecting the Tickets tab above or in-person at the museum store. You must create an account through our event webpage to be able to make a payment online. Contact us if you are having trouble, and we will be happy to assist.
If I book my ticket online, how do I collect my ticket?
You will not need a physical ticket for the gala. Our staff will check you in upon arrival and provide you with your welcome packet.
Where can I review my registration information?
When you purchase your tickets, you will need to create an account on this webpage. Your registration information will be accessible to review after you have logged into your account.
Can I register and buy a ticket at the event?
There will not be tickets for sale on the day of the event. We highly encourage everyone to RSVP by September 1, 2024 so we can plan for your attendance.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind about attending?
As the gala is our largest fundraising event of the year, we count on every ticket purchase to reach our donation goal. However, we are willing to offer a refund if you can no longer attend the event.
I can't pay by credit card. Is there an alternate payment method?
Yes, we accept checks by mail or in-person at the museum store.
Is there a dress code for the event?
Yes, please wear black and white cocktail attire in celebration of our extensive photo archives collection.

What parking arrangements are available at the venue?
Limited parking will be available at Old City Hall at 121 Prospect St and on the street around the Lightcatcher building. Please follow

Where do I go to check in?
Our staff will greet you at the entrance to the Lightcatcher building on Flora St.
