Why do I need to sign in?

This website protects your personal information and ensures secure credit card processing. You must sign in to access areas involving payments or personal details.

How do I sign in?

Click RSVP on the Home Page and follow the on-screen instructions.

After logging in, you will see:

  • Contact Info – Enter or update your contact information.

  • Select Tickets – Choose your ticket type.

  • Add attendee names where indicated.

  • Enter your credit card information and complete the transaction.

  • Print an invoice if desired.

I can’t attend and would like to sponsor a teacher or Sister. How do I do this?

Select Purchase/Sponsor Ticket from the menu.

Choose Not Attending from the dropdown menu.

Scroll to Guest Tickets and select the ticket(s) you wish to sponsor.

Enter the name(s) of the Sister, teacher, or staff member you are sponsoring.

Add payment information and complete the transaction.

What are the Event Sponsorship levels?

  • Golden Horizon Patron – $2,500

  • Sunset Steward Sponsor – $1,500

  • Range Light Sponsor – $1,200

  • Prairie Heart Supporter – $50–$500

How do I purchase a Sponsorship?

Once signed in, select the Sponsorship page from the menu. Choose your sponsorship level, add guest names where applicable, and provide payment information. You may also save your card for Express Checkout at the event.

How do I assign names to my guest tickets?

Go to the My Account tab in the header and select My Tables from the left-hand menu.

What else can I do in “My Account”?

  • Edit your personal information and password.

  • View payment history.

  • Assign guests to purchased sponsor tables or tickets.

How do I purchase multiple items?

Use the Combo RSVP Form to:

  • Choose ticket(s).

  • Add optional items such as drink tickets, raffle tickets, or make a cash donation.

  • Review your cart.

  • Complete payment.

What do I wear?

The 2027 SPREE Gala theme is Sunset on the Range.

Dress Code: Western Elegance

Think elevated Western evening wear — elegant dresses, skirts, cocktail attire, boots, hats, Western-inspired accessories, dress shirts, jackets, bolo ties, or polished Western attire.

The goal is Western with elegance, not a costume.

When and where is SPREE 2027?

Saturday, March 6, 2027

The evening will include dinner, a live auction, and dancing under the stars.

Will there be VIP parking this year?

No, VIP parking will not be offered at SPREE this year.

How do the Silent and Live Auctions work?

Silent Auction

  • Each item has a minimum bid.

  • No bids are accepted after the auction closes.

  • Winning bids are final.

  • Specific opening and closing times will be announced closer to SPREE.

Live Auction

  • Each bidder receives a bid number and card.

  • Raise your bid card to participate.

  • A runner will deliver a receipt to the winning bidder for signature.

  • All bids are final.

  • Payment is required the evening of the event.

  • Express Checkout is available if you pre-register your card.

  • Items may be removed only with a paid receipt.

  • Group purchases are allowed — coordinate with Cashiers.

  • Values listed are estimates only and are not warranted for tax purposes.

  • Certificates must be used as specified and before expiration.

  • Immaculate Heart Academy makes no express or implied warranties for donated items or services.
