WHAT HAPPENS TO MY GALA TICKET? 
 
We will automatically re-register all who bought March 14, 2020 gala tickets for the rescheduled date of March 13, 2021. If you are not able to attend please know we can refund your ticket purchase at that time or donate it as a tax deductible gift to our school. We know this is a challenging time and we appreciate your patience.
 
I/MY COMPANY  PURCHASED A SPONSORSHIP AND/ OR PROGRAM BOOK AD FOR THE GALA. WILL IT CARRY OVER?
 
Yes, your sponsorship has been listed not only on our May 23rd auction but in gratitude of your support then, we are carrying it over on to this November event! That's 6 months of extra advertising.
 
HOW DOES THIS AFFECT MY GALA DONATION (SILENT AUCTION, VACATION  HOMES, ETC.)? 
 
Some donations were used in our mobile auction held this past May.  Some donations are carrying over to our FALL MINI MOBILE Online Auction. If you have concerns or questions about your donation please contact Judy Kennedy at 301-774-6804 extension 195 or judy.kennedy@stjes.org
 
CAN I STILL BID ON ON  ITEMS? 
 
The left hand side of our home page has a list of  items that will be bid on during our TEXT2BID mobile auction starting at NOON, November 23, 2020 with bidding closing at 9 pm December 4th!  
 
 
 I WON! HOW DO I GET MY ITEMS?
 
Items can be picked up at school by appointment starting on Tuesday, November 24th  . Payment for items can be by FACTS, CHECK, or CREDIT CARD ON FILE.
