HOW DO I DONATE AN ITEM?
Click on the Donate Item Tab and fill out the form. We will be happy to pick up your donated item. Not sure what to donate? Email Kirsten.Verdi@stjes.org or consider an open donation to be used where needed.
 
 
I'M NOT ATTENDING THE GALA. CAN I STILL BID ON ITEMS? 
  The left-hand side of our home page has a list of items that will be bid on during our TEXT2BID mobile auction starting at NOON, Thursday, April 16 until 9pm April 18!  Register your phone, get a bid number, and START BIDDING!
 
MY FRIENDS AREN'T ATTENDING THE GALA.
CAN THEY STILL BID ON ITEMS?
  They can register as a new user - then register their cell phones and bid away!
 
LIVE! Auction Items are bid on at the event.
Persons not attending who still wish to bid on a LIVE! item may bid by proxy. 
   
I WON! HOW DO I GET MY ITEMS?
Items can be picked up at school (by appointment) starting on Tuesday, April 21st.  Payment for items may be made through FACTS, by CHECK, or by CREDIT CARD ON FILE.  
 
I/MY COMPANY WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE A SPONSORSHIP
AND/OR AD FOR THE EVENT...
HOW DO I DO THAT AND WHAT IS AVAILABLE?
 
We have a variety of sponsorships available, including -
  • underwriting Text2Bid,
  • Take A Chance, 
  • Decorations, 
  • Entertainment, 
  • Printed Materials, 
  • or "where most needed" 
Once your family or business purchases a particular underwritten item, it will be "secured" in your name and recognized prominently before, during, and after the event. A link to your business on our website and all social media will be made available to our community. The size and placement of name and logo depend on underwriting/advertising level.
