Marinated Beef Tenderloin Bites (GF and DF)

Pre Set Salad

Kale and Apple Salad with toasted hazelnuts and raspberry vinaigrette dressing

Plated Dinner

Marinated Beef Shoulder tenderloin, served medium with cabernet, mushroom demi-glace, homemade garlic mashed potatoes with bacon and brie and green beans with lemon and garlic. (GF)

Bar Service :

2 tap beers (locally sourced) several bottled beer varieties.

Wine (6oz pour) will be available in 4 varieties. 2 red options and 2 white options.

A variety of libations with spirits.

Additionally, there will be sparking water flavors and soda
