ATTIRE
Formal - there will be a Red Carpet entrance! For gentlemen, a suit or tuxedo is suggested; for ladies, gowns are encouraged. And if you happen to show up in jeans and bid on that trip to Tuscany, we’re not going to turn you away!

BIDDER NUMBER
If you choose to purchase tickets for others using the secure RSVP page on this website, you may also select whether or not you would like to share your bidder number with your guests.

To Charge Your Guests' Purchases to Your Account
If you check the box under "Add More Tickets" to select to "Share my bidder number", then your and your guests' purchases made during the evening will be charged to your account.

To Create Separate Payment Accounts for Your Guests
If you would like your guests to have a unique bidder number that they may register their own method payment for at a later time, simply uncheck the box next "Share my bidder number" on the RSVP page.

They may register their preferred card for Quick Check here at their convenience before the Gala.

TICKETS

Early bird pricing for tickets are $140 per person if purchased before April 1st, after that date the price will go up to $150 per person. Space is limited and tickets will be sold first come, first serve.

WHEN PURCHASING TICKETS ONLINE
So save your card for faster check out on the evening o the Gala, check the box on the bottom left of the page next to  "Save credit card for event"

ALREADY PURCHASED YOUR TICKETS?
Call (360) 738-3808 ext. 304 to register your card before April 19, 2017.  You may also register your card securely here .

QUICK CHECK
Get into the Gala quickly without a long wait in line! You may now securely register your credit card in advance and use it to complete your purchases on the night of the event without needing to return to check-out at the end of the evening*.

*Guest receipts will be mailed after the event, which will show your tax-deductible donation. The BGCWC no longer sends annual tax receipts, as receipts are now sent immediately after a donation is received.

DONATING AUCTION ITEMS
Contributing an experience, gift certificate, membership, or item is an excellent way to show your or your business' support of our kids!
